HubSpot Subscription Form

To access certain content, you must fill out our subscription form on the HubSpot service. The form requires your first and last names, email, phone number. We collect this data to be able to contact you for relevant services. The legal basis for processing is obtaining your consent according to Article 6, paragraph 1 a) of the GDPR. Additionally, processing may also be based on our legitimate interest according to Article 6, paragraph 1 f) of the GDPR, which involves tracking content popularity and ensuring the company's functionality, or for our communication or marketing.

We will store personal data for the duration of mutual communication and may continue to store data during mutual cooperation if it ensues. The data from the form is stored in the CRM System provided by HubSpot, Inc. and HubSpot Ireland Limited. More information can be found here. Consent

You have the option to give us consent under Article 6, paragraph 1 a) of the GDPR to receive newsletters from us. We will start sending you news about our company and offers upon giving consent. Job Offer Form

Our website publishes job offers, and if you're interested, you can contact us via the form. The form requires your first name, last name, telephone number, email, and other contact details, professional data, location, and additional information you provide. We will use the data for job interviews, with the legal basis being the necessity to fulfil a contract according to Article 6, paragraph 1 b) of the GDPR. If you're not selected but are a suitable candidate, we will keep your data for six months based on our legitimate interest according to Article 6, paragraph 1 f) of the GDPR. If you're selected, we will keep the data until all details for employment are complete, with data processing under Article 6, paragraph 1 b) of the GDPR.
